Yes had a fabulous time room clean tidy and David was always on call for tea and coffee such a great host , its in a good location and will definitely return.

Altogether delightful

Beautiful decor and wonderful hospitality. Lovely breakfast, copious pots of tea and coffee, comfortable bed and linen, good shower and altogether delightful.

We had a wonderful stay. David was an excellent host and looked after us so well. Breakfast was a particular treat!

Exceptional service

David was an excellent host, extremely hospitable, offering to provide tea/coffee at every opportunity. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were exceptional. All together a very pleasant stay.

This is a brilliant example of an English B&B. David and his wife are welcoming hosts. You are always armed with a cup of tea (if desired) and the breakfast is delicious. Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms too. A great base for walking in the Peaks.

This was our second stay at Parsons. David and Alison are excellent hosts, breakfast is lovely and the rooms are quirky but tastefully decorated. Nothing is too much trouble.

Host very accommodating... nice touch each morning receiving tea n coffee to the room... housekeeping every morning.. bed made and refreshed. Parsons house is quirky arty rustic and has charm... did just find entrance hall stairs bit grubby.. lots of household cats hairs on stairs.. host obviously a smoker ... towels particularly had a Smoky smell to them.. was not told prior to booking they did not accept cards when settling payment.. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely setting.. love the Peaks... !

We loved staying here! It was a lovely quirky place and we were very well looked after! We had lots of coffee and biscuits whenever we wanted them and two beautiful cooked breakfasts! The icing on the cake was Maud their lovely cat that we got to stroke a few times whilst we were there! We would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Unique B and B

This is a very unique b and b decorated with artistic flair and novelty. The breakfasts are amazing -especially the “breakfast trifle”-and David offers tea and coffee throughout the day together with helpful information about the area. Can thoroughly recommend.
