Vamos lá , chegamos por volta as 12h , não tinha ninguém na recepção, porém havia um botão para chamar , ao fazê-lo chegou uma senhora nada simpática para atender , informando que o início era as 14 , ok, saímos e ao retornar havia um moço que nos atendeu e iniciou o chekin , após disse que nos levaria até o quarto , entregou uma lista de regras e nos acompanhou , ocorre que até nosso quarto tinham alguma escadas , cujo nem si quer foi oferecido ajuda com a Bagagem , depois a aérea da piscina se mostra muito desleixada , ainda na piscina um outro casal também conversando conosco disse que o atendimento era péssimo , nesse momento constatei que era comum o atendimento! Mas nem tudo é ruim , a menina do café da manhã é que deveria estar na recepção, de um atendimento muito superior aos anteriores , serviu nosso café , foi extremamente atenciosa conosco e com os demais que estavam chegando ! Sinceramente eu não retornaria a esse local. Nem tão pouco divirjo dos outros comentários, porém serem pessoais e de acordo com cada realidade experimentada !

Um vergonha essa acomodação, quarto 08 do horror!

A pior experiência em viagem da minha vida! acomodação totalmente sem manutenção, chuveiro com teias e enferrujado, cheiro de mofo insuportável a lençóis e toalhas em péssimas condições de uso e cheia de largatixas que saiam de trás de um quadro que estava com ninho.! Alex do péssimo atendimento da proprietária que além de ser uma pessoa mal educada ainda. colocou a funcionária para vir tirar satisfação comigo! Um horror , rirem essa pousada do elenco de vocês! Fui obrigada a cancelar minha hospedagem, tendo que me reorganizar j total constrangimento.

Chegamos a pousada e tinha poucas pessoas. Fomos bem atendidos. O lugar é simples, mas aconchegante. Achei o quarto com pouca iluminação. Não tem wi-fi nos quartos e não tinha a senha visível na recepção para usar. No geral muito bom

A reserva confirmada pelo expedia nao tinha sido confirmada pelo hotel. Tivemos que mudar de pousada duas vezes. O quarto era bom, mas o banheiro deixou a desejar. Chuveiro com problema de aquecimento e variaçao de temperatura.

Most hospitable staff ever!!

This place seems to be a fairly well kept casa within a moderate walk of Buzios Centro. The fantastic thing about this place is that the staff are super attentive and helpful. They seem to take a genuine interest in being caring hosts. Would not think twice about staying here again.

A pousada ainda está precisando finalizar obras e ainda sem muitas opções de café da manhã , vc fica restrito a uma área pequena de laser na piscina e a área fechadaé restrita demais com muitos cômodos separados , dando a sensação de pequeno e apertado . Não gostei muito até pelo preço que não era tão barato .
