"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've been booking hotels on a last minute basis, and booked the Hilton just ten mins before we checked in. Having stayed in this property before it became Hilton, we were a bit skeptical and worried that it was still the tired looking property. However I am pleased to announce that it has been very nicely updated. We got a free upgrade which was much appreciated, service though not the most personable, was more polished than the grand hyatt. The room was truly sound proofed, which helped because of the nearby construction. The cliff tower had a great view of the Harvest Moon and the surrounding ocean. Lovely stay, and the food was great! The resort is well organised, super clean, has lovely friendly staff that communicate well and can't do enough for you. The food is great, with the buffet breakfast being the best we've had! Close to the action - highly recommend. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12) :)"
