Management and the staff working well they so friendly people they talk with you if you need anything or help they listen and help you out I make good friends I like the hotel location good for people who want to go for walks and I be back to the hotel

This really is a cute place to stay, for the most part the staff was incredibly nice. However, it advertises that you can get massages by the pool side and that was not the case, now they come to your room. The pool wasn't much to enjoy, very poor upkeep. Plus side to all of that is they have a restaurant upstairs called Hiromi's, which is really good for all your meals. Good selections! Awesome staff! There's also a cute sandwich/toast deli downstairs that's really good! There's a market two doors down that has all your needs with awesome prices! There's also a spa across the street called De Alam Bali Spa which is awesome! Very friendly staff and awesome spa treatments! All in all I would go back and stay. Especially if you want to stay away from the "tourist" crowd!

Room was always spotless with house keeping. The staff were so, so friendly. We were so sad to leave because the staff were so, so nice to us. Not a single negative thing I could say about this place.
