"Great stay, fantastic old Grande Hotel.
No valet PARKING!!
Call ahead a day or two in advance, or they send you to a shopping mall to to park for yourself and navigate your way back
Ridiculous.
Other than that, awesome hotel."

"Everything was wonderful the beds are a dream so comfortable
We did not have an ice machine on our floor due to construction and they very kindly brought it to our room anytime we need it
The glasses were filthy so we did not use them. Otherwise a great stress free quiet enjoyable stay"
