"We didn’t get room service. We asked if we can get some towels and bedsheets and they said they were out. Hardly any garbage bins in the room besides the bathroom. Also wasn’t expecting a $200 hold. The service was very off. Could of picked a better hotel "

"Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "

"The breakfast was good and the room was clean. But the hotel and rooms are extremely outdated. The room doors are wood and in terrible shape, Cracked and peeling. The caulking around the sink was a dark brown (why wouldn't you use white??) and was peeling and all over the sink. The phone looked like it was from the 80's. There are hardly any plug ins. No upgrades for phone chargers. The tile in the bathroom floor and around the tub was cracked. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cozy and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that there was only 1 pod each of coffee, decaf & tea for in the room. Would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!"

"There were 3 spiders in our room when we arrived and garbage near the bed. The staff we encountered were great. We met Eden at check in and check out and she was SO FRIENDLY, professional and made the experience quick and easy. Sophia was also very pleasant. "
