"Older hotel, but very clean, and comfortable. The property manager was excellent, very friendly and does it all! Great service. It's an older building, so not modern in any means, but quite comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. Great location across from the train station and a short walk to the town center."

We had a four night stay in Norrköping for a music festival and the Hotel President was nicely located between the station and the festival venue.
On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming and all the members of staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful.

Great staff who were friendly. Smaller rooms bit handy to have hot drinks in the lobby at all times as no kettle in rooms. Breakfast was great too, enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant space.

Overall a good option, fairly central and standards all fine. It is important to note that there is 24 hour desk, so you cannot go there early and drop off bags which was a drawback. Once 3pm came you can check in and there was a nice phone call to tell me this and once in the property the welcome was first class. Breakfast also a real highlight.
