Awesome staff!!

We were delayed with the recent flight cancellations and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we could check in later than normal, sent updates for us and couldn’t be more friendlier upon arrival. Great stay at the hotel and breakfast to match!

My Accommodation was not like the advertisement, the room was too small, I did not get any room service or room cleaning, the room was so cold and with no heat system, they refuse to keep my breakfast or deliver to room, really it was un comfortable stay ..

Sad to say not as good as it used to be

One of my go to places when in town but unfortunately I feel it wasn’t quite what is used to be. The breakfast for sure was a disappointment. During check-in I was asked when I was planning to have my breakfast to ensure no waste of food, which is great, but when I got there at said time, 45 minutes before end of service as requested, there were barely any food to choose between. To be fair the girl working there made me more coffee when I asked and also told me to let her know in case I was missing something, which was so much I felt bad having to ask for it all. After all, it’s a hotel that offers breakfast so in my opinion there should be at least a little bit of everything left.

Hotellet ligger bra till men ger ett skräpigt intryck. Bakgården är illa skött. Det är extremt lyhört. Finns inga nattduksbord. Finns inga krokar i badrummet att hänga eller lägga handdukar på. Finns ingen bagagehylla. Man ser stolar i fönster där de har sin förvaring. Helt enkelt ett intryck som inte är så inbjudande. Frukosten är ok men inget färskt bröd snålt är intrycket. Ett dyrt hotell för det man får.

Äckligt badrum drar ner betyget

Trevligt hotell med trevlig personalen. Frukosten var bra och vad man kan förvänta sig av ett mindre hotell. Helheten dras ner av att det stank urin på vårt badrum och duschutrymmet var svart av vad som förmodligen var mögel. Det luktade så illa att vi använde duschen i bastun istället.

Frukosten inte bra. Juice som saft och kaffet extremt tunt Såg ut som vatten. Sa till och de sa att maskinen gör det så. Drack kaffe kvällen innan i allrummet och det var helt ok. Personalen på frukosten ville inte hjälpa mig.
