"We booked one room because we were unsure of our 3rd day appointments. Our first room was a little dungeony on the 3rd floor but still very clean. The king bed was fairly comfortable. The a/c unit in this room was a bit older and was kind of noisy but overall everything worked and was what I expected. We had to book for a 2nd night and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting me to get that done. We did have to switch rooms and floors which was not a huge process for us so we didn't mind. Up on the 7th floor was much more light, a quieter a/c unit, 2 queen beds. Again clean and quiet as expected. Breakfast was a very good variety of food and always full no matter the time frame. Twigs is the restaurant/bar attached. Prices are as expected and it offers a full gluten free menu. The food is Delicious! The desserts are to die for! I booked because of my appts. At Mayo clinic and that is the case of a lot of their guests. They shuttle people back and forth to the clinic. This hotel is 5 stars for sure on service! We had no issues with any requests we made and the staff was 100% pleasant always. Definitely would and am likely to stay again!"

"The room we originally got had a malfunctioning AC unit so they moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the building must be older as we clearly heard people walking in the room above us. and the design of the bathroom door meant it hit the room door if it were in a particular position. Also, the water in the bathroom came out slowly. Breakfast was good, and so was the soup supper offered Sunday thru Thursday."
