"Propery needs serious room upgrades. Furniture old, worn, couches stained and drooping. Pool out of service this stay and before on my stay here few months prior. Checkout staff curt and uninterested in my stay. Checkout at 12 but breakfast shuts down by 9:30. Barely a 2 star hotel. Needs some serious attention in a lot of areas. Price for stay is competitive, but much better hotels in the area for only a few more bucks. Go elsewhere........"

"They make you pay for parking on a separate website you have to bring up on your phone. They won't let you incorporate it as an incidental like other hotels. This is annoying and not customer service oriented. Front desk clerk staff exhibited a couple of below average customer service skills, mostly stuff that can be cleaned up with better leadership, training, and situational awareness, but they were overall friendly, as one would expect for a Hampton Inn.
