"The staff is amazing and very helpful. Our rooms are nice and clean. The location was perfect! My only two complaints is that (1) I did not find the bed comfortable 😩 and (2) there is a weird sewer smell coming out of the shower. It is pretty strong, not sure though if that is normal… Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. "

"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious. They gave us 2 options, quieter room or with view. With view is noisier but they said it wouldn't be that noisy as traffic wouldn't be bad in the evening. So we took the view option. We should have taken the quiet option...it was noisy. Someone shouting on the street etc in the mid night. Otherwise it was very nice hotel. "

"I recently stayed at Eurostars Hotel Barcelona and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the rooms are comfortable with nice views. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. However, some amenities were not available upon request, such as a universal socket, which was a bit inconvenient. Another downside was that the bed sheets were only changed once during my 5-day stay, which was below expectations. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Barcelona."

"The location of The Rialto is perfect for exploring the Gothic quarter and further afield. There are many shops, restaurants and placas close by. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the beautiful dining area was excellent. The only downside is the lack of hot drinks amenities. Nothing in the room or common lounge, just a vending machine. The air conditioning in the room worked well and there were windows that could be opened. "

"Wonderful hotel, great location and very friendly staff. Responsive to emails before our stay. Warm welcome from Gabriel. We arrived a little early and our rooms were ready - no problem checking in early as a result and no charge. Rooms are lovely, well cleaned every day and one day we accidentally left do not disturb on when we went out for the day… when we came back we asked for some bottled water and when we came back again after dinner they’d given it a clean anyway! We did try the breakfast buffet one day and I’m sorry to say that was the one bit that let it down… it wasn’t worth the cost as the hot option was very limited. There’s a lovely coffee shop round the corner - Wyndhams - which is open early and does simple breakfast, pastries and good coffee. Downstairs pool is freezing - probably lovely in the height of summer but too cold in April. Rooftop pool was warm while we were there - it’s solar heated - and has great views, and a nice bar with poolside service. Pool is open 9-7 and children are allowed in it at any time of day."
