"When I went for breakfast, I was told by the receptionist that all tables are full. And she can put me in a 6 people table, but I will have other joining me. Or the option is to eat in the bar section on the opposite side of the restuarant (that means I have to walk across the hallway and then all the way to the back of the restaurant to get food!!!). I asked if I can wait because it was the first time I got asked to eat away from the restuarnat and walk across the hallway to the bar area. ...

"Excellent location. Room was spacious and mostly updated (except for the carpet). Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent for a Taiwanese hotel breakfast standards. Parking entrance is separate around the block, but it does connect with the hotel elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and come back. "

"接待、設施、餐點都很好，離開的時候遇到雨天，人員都出來在外引導還幫忙撐傘很貼心。
缺點是停車較麻煩，雖然提供免費停車，但因為剛好酒店位於車流量大的路口，要到飯店提供的停車場必須要先在紅綠燈下切進外線後再快點切進最內線再迴轉，不然就要再往前走後左轉，其實對外地不熟路況的旅客滿不方便的。"

"12月和親友住了4天，第1天沒問題，第2,3天晚上10點多11點洗澡，洗了一半沒熱水，向客服反映，説太多人同時間洗澡不夠熱水！！另外，隨房卡有一張清潔房間的卡，前一天已給職員，晚上回去竟然沒收拾房間，通知職員，雖然有道歉，但樣子有點不爽，語氣亦不太客氣（因為是日班職員出錯夜班職員幫忙拿毛巾來換）。不過這地點十分好，隔壁就是SOGO，在附近找東西吃都很容易，交通也很便利！"
