Friendly staff and very accommodating as they let me check in early after a 16 hour flight. Great location as it is close to many restaurants, 7-11 and Family Mart. About 8 minutes walk to Taichung MRT. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Everything here was good. Just a little age showing, but other than that it was great. Gym was clean and had complimentary water and towels ready. Business center was a private room which was helpful. Would come back again.

Although the room and facilities are clean, they are dated. Some of the bathrobes provided need to be replaced. One had a hole on it…. I used this hotel many times over the years and it seems to be going down in quality. Sorry to see that.

I wanted to give it an excellent rating, as the service and room was very good. But, what really pissed me off, is that the wifi was really bad. The reception in my room either was very intermittent or none at all. I have to spend time trying to "hunt" for different network, which was very frustrating. For an oversea business traveller, wifi is a given in any good hotel. It is part of services to the hotel guest. But Hotel Tango really was a letdown here.

整體而言是中規中矩的商務旅館，沒有驚訝，價格偏高，這個價格可能在國外可以住五星級飯店了，但台中其他旅館也都很貴⋯⋯ 浴巾比較舊了，開始有脫線，看得出來顏色也比較「樸實」了，我不敢斷言這樣是不乾淨，但總之看起來不新，總是會讓人覺得舊舊的，特別是跟國外的飯店的潔白程度對比，顯然白的程度差了不少。這一點應該要特別注意。 早餐沒有太多選擇，總之以中式餐點為主，樣式並不多，對我來說是非常普通的早餐，唯一的優點是用餐的空間很寬敞。

天閣來過好幾次了，一直印象都不錯，服務，設備，餐點都有中上水準，地點很方便。距離上次入住有幾年了，這次感受到一個很大差異點是早餐，以往天閣的早餐可以用“精彩”來形容，這次只能說是中規中矩，但口味，服務一樣很不錯就是。
