"Great room and friendly staff"

"We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology."

"I stay was fabulous very clean and the staff was great too. All in All would reaming anyone to come stay there."

"Room was large and relatively clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold (at 7:30am) and lots of the machines (juice, coffee) were out of order."

"We reserved this room very last minute and we were only there for about 9 hours, just to sleep. So we didn't use any of the amenities. The room was nice and big, and it was very clean. No complaints here."

"The hotel has over 200 rooms and only two elevators. The whole time I was there, one of the two elevators was broken so we had to wait 10,15,20 minutes to get to or from our room. Absolutely ruins your stay."

"In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items."
