"They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible"

"I arrived to a filthy shower a toilet with pee and poop on the seat. A filthy microwave and refrigerator. A broken A.C and window. Grime all on the floors and no towels… I requested cleaning supplies tha i never got. I had to go out and get my own as well as towels and a fan. The other guest were loud throughout the night arguing and fighting. People smoking with their doors open. The TV only had three channels and the picture kept jumping. "Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "

"I love Courtyard by Marriott. Staff at this location were friendly, but not nearly as helpful as the staff at the Courtyard we stayed at in Tallahassee. Our room had a bit of an odd smell but we never said anything. Otherwise, the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. "I love that they have hard floor. No carpet. All hotels that allow pets should have hard easy to clean floors. Not very many amenities but just traveling and staying one night it was the perfect place when traveling with a pet. Well lit outside no worries about being out after dark."

"The only two concerns: - our room was so close to the highway, I could hear the trucks and cars all night. It was not quiet - parking lot had signs about customers assuming risk which didn’t make me feel comfortable that our cars (and stuff inside were safe) Probably wouldn’t stay here again"
