"Room service was lacking. My first order arrived late and cold. I didn’t have the energy to deal with it since I was in town for a funeral. It didn’t seem important at the time. Second order was missing all Condiments and no glass with ice for a soda. They just gave me the can. That’s a first !!"

"The property is beautiful for the age of the building. I book the hotel for the pool but upon check in was told the pool was not working."

"Rooms were very spacious and clean. You could tell that there was a attentiveness taken to details of maintaining the Clean room. The price was great. The breakfast was so so it was OK wasn’t the greatest but for free I guess it’s not for free but it’s part of the Hotel price could’ve had a microwave in a room that would’ve really been very good and maybe it safe."

"They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible"

"I arrived to a filthy shower a toilet with pee and poop on the seat. A filthy microwave and refrigerator. A broken A.C and window. Grime all on the floors and no towels… I requested cleaning supplies tha i never got. I had to go out and get my own as well as towels and a fan. The other guest were loud throughout the night arguing and fighting. People smoking with their doors open. The TV only had three channels and the picture kept jumping. Me and my daughter who i was visiting was constantly...

"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "

"room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag."

"Barebones-no breakfast, or amenities but bed very comfortable, room quiet, good for sleeping. A good deal for the money"

"I did not have breakfast staff was nice. The bathroom had something in the tub. Didn’t take a shower at all. The ceiling was horrible needed cleaned or painted. I will not be back."
