"Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full and fresh. Breakfast dining area was large and tables were kept clean. We didn’t have time to use the pool. Air conditioner was a bit on the loud side but was adequate keeping the room cool. Location is close to many food places parking was ok."

"Property in excellent condition, great location downtown by the river with underground parking for security. Pool area was big with main pool, 2.5 foot deep wading pool and the highlight being a great waterslide which exits into its own pool as well. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. Wife and me were very happy and our 6 year old doesn’t want to stay anywhere else when we come to Saskatoon now. By far the most enjoyable stay with the family we’ve had in quite some time."

"Panhandlers are out front of the hotel constantly. Rooms aren’t the greatest either. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly, but that’s about the only good thing about this hotel."

"Facility was clean and breakfast was good. However the pool area is under very strict rules and is not family friendly. Their policy is a worker needs to be supervising if the water slide is on and you are constantly watched while you swim (not life guards but a maintence person), no children under 6 in the hot tub and they ask your kids age, and they stare and make it very uncomfortable. When we would switch between the hot tub and pool the worker would follow and turn off the jets right away....

"The property was amazing. Our room overlooked the river and bridge. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean and spacious! Loved the nespresso coffee. We had robes as well. We had dinner and breakfast at the four season restaurant the food was delicious! The free shuttle around the city is a great added touch. We used it to be dropped off at the bowling alley and was picked up after. We did go to the Irish pub at the hotel it was a great environment and drinks were good! The staff is amazing too...

"This hotel was fine, it was clean and the staff was good. There was a bit of evidence that things were starting to slip eg. A toilet paper holder from the 1960’s, A heater cover falling off and some water that was accessible from the front desk area would have been nice."
