We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"Ich hatte mir von meinem Aufenthalt leider mehr versprochen. Während der Service beim Frühstück wirklich positiv hervorzuheben ist, gibt es beim Zustand der Zimmer massiven Nachholbedarf. Zimmer & Sauberkeit Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. In meinem Zimmer war der Laminatboden in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und ging an mehreren Stellen bereits auseinander – das ist nicht nur unschön, sondern auch eine Stolperfalle. "Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"B&B Casa Nini was the best stay in our Italy trip this time. It was located in the a small, beautiful, peaceful little town and right next the train station, which was so convenient. Our room had a lake/mountain view. Love it! Most importantly, Mr. Daniel, the owner, was amazing person. He made us felt like home. Highly recommend this place to everyone! "

Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super. Ladestation für Fixpreis direkt am Hotel auch Topp! Blick auf den See toll. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung. Allerdings insgesamt intensives 20er Jahre Flair mit allem drum und dran. Gefühl wie in Miss Marple Film. Etwas gruselig fand ich die lebensechten Porzellan Hunde auf jeder Etage."

"Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! "
