"I feel like we were treated less and were less attentive for being Hispanic ! And it is not family friendly. My kids were told they couldn’t swim in the pool for being to loud and too splashy . Will never come again . "

"Solid 3-stars! We stayed here for a week in Mar 2026 in the Jr. Suite - the room was really nice, spacious, and clean. Housekeeping services were good! Check-in process was long and terrible! The staff was trying to upsell all sorts of deals/packages when all we wanted was the key to our room so we could get some rest. From the check-in desk, we were directed to the Concierge desk, where more people tried to sell us more things. Very frustrating! Would have appreciated these interactions a day...

"We had breakfast provided daily and it was never correct. Some staff unable to understand English so order was never correct. When the food came out it was cold. Marco and Carlos often had to correct the orders and they are awesome. This facility will never survive all inclusive as food is pretty low standard. "
