"Si reservas no es nada seguro que te respeten la reserva o que no te cancelen. No dan opciones reales para compensar, su comunicación es intermitente (no contestan en el teléfono). Me cancelaron a 48 horas del viaje por cuestiones de falta de mantenimiento de la unidad. ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!"

Their communication was well above 5 stars—not only did they answer all of my questions promptly, but they also provided some fantastic local recommendations. Check-in was super easy, and the host maintained that level of stellar, fast communication throughout the entire stay, making check-out a breeze as well....
