"Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way. If it’s your first time traveling to Cabo you may think it’s great if you have nothing else to compare it to. I will not return. Service is everything and this place needs to train their employees to make the guests feel welcome and attended to."

"Everything was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. However, I feel like it’s a bit of a food desert. If you don’t want to drive or use Uber to get to town or other restaurants, the hotel food doesn’t have enough variety. But aside from that, we had an amazing time."

"Primera ves en Cabo por lo reguar cuando es la primera ves q viejas a un lugar nuevo. Pues hay bastantes opciones. Y la verdad no isimos una mal desicion. Este hotel. Aparte de lo hermozo que esta el personal la verdad es super muy amable todo el lugar super. Limpio mi esposa y yo. La verdad somos muy delicados para las comidas. Y aqui la verdad. La comoda toda esta super buena 5 estrellas no importa lo que pida. Todo te lo recomiendo desde los mariscos asta lo italiano. Los cortes de carne. Ufff. Todo muy riquisimo. El personal en la barra principal. Super atentos y amables. Tobinos la experiencia de interactuar con Ana. juan y Omar. En la barra principal al entrar. Ellos super amables. Y unas personas increibles. La verdad a todos les recomiendo ospefarse aqui. Veran que valdra la pena"
The Club at Solaz, Luxury Villas

"We spent a week at Club at Solaz in a two-bedroom ocean front suite. Our suite was very specious and beautifully decorated with high quality finishes. It also had three full size bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen and a very large terrace with a dining table, sitting area and even a hammock. The view from the suite was spectacular. The facility is very modern and exceptionally maintained. Good dining options, room service and an on-site deli store. Besides our amazing suite, four infinity pools were our favorite spots of the resort, they are so well designed and situated, so you feel like you are swimming in the ocean but at the same time in crystal clean cool temperature water with unbelievable views and sound of strong tides. Pool- and beach-side bars and restaurants were all great. The entire property is incredible. I want to specifically call out the cleanliness of the resort, you barely see the staff cleaning, they do it so discretely, however every time you use a public bathroom it is spotless, like nobody used it before you, no matter what time of the day it is. I also want to mention the beach with soft white sand and absolutely no seaweed. We were not able to swim in the ocean due to very strong tides, however a few guys did while we were staying there. I would give this facility five starts out of five. It is very-very nice!"
