We stayed in the 2 queen bedroom. The room itself was clean and confortable. The outside balcony a plus with the hammock and the small dinning table. The problem was the hot water, it is intermittent. An awful smell came from somewhere when at the balcony. Super super close to the beach. The host friendly and helpful.
