The room advertised did not have accessibility as advertised online however Tam, at the front desk, went out of her way to make certain that my booking was corrected and that our stay was great. "We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it was lovely. Plenty of spare towels, too, which is always a plus. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, both via texts and in person. NB: Parking was quite tight.Also, the electric blanket is broken in the middle room. "
