"We were a family of 16 (adults and children) staying for 2 nights in June.
We all loved it. The owner was on site and responsive to all our needs.
The rooms were spotless and perfectly situated to see the pool and ocean through the large sliding glass doors.
And the staff was friendly and available.
Breakfast to order was delicious.

"We arrived late to the property and the staff were so helpful to get us checked in as quickly as possible and hassle free. The room was clean and well maintained and close to a 7/11. Seaside views and beach access. Close to Canyoneering activities and 10 minute walk to Kawasan falls. Would stay again!"
"The property is infront of the main road where the noise come from but on the other side of the road there is a nice view of the sea...they offer you to make a coffee but there's no mineral water to boil your water...but there's a 5 minutes walk, a 24 hours bakery that you can buy small stuff like mineral water."
"This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. Staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs; rooms are comfortable; complimentary breakfast is excellent; location is close to downtown.
The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. Also, water pressure in rooms is somewhat weak and water temperature lukewarm."
" affordable, Fun little hideaway. Only has 4 rooms, but serves breakfast and dinner. I had the Green Thai curry chicken, so good! And I couldn't finish it all I was so full. Nice staff. The lawn is like a golf course.
