"Staff and Paradise Cafe wonderful.
Our room did not have a working tv, faucet knob came off, dirty snd stained sheets, mildew on shower. Voiced my comments to staff and they understood. I plan to personally write to Bally staff in Rhode Island. Casino had a whole 3rd floor empty. I have gone to Bally casinos for over 50 yrs and won’t return until things change."

"clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average...

"There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room."

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind.
The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...
