"Our stay at the Magnuson Hotel in Commerce was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was safety. None of the exterior doors to the building were locked. I personally checked every exterior entrance, and every one of them allowed unrestricted access to the hallways and guest rooms. The check-in process was frustrating. "The room was clean. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked real good and they had a wonderful breakfast in the morning."

"We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful."

"It is a nice place to stay. The hair dryer did not work and I let the front desk know. Within a few minutes, housekeeping brought me a new one. Breakfast was good, and provided us with what we needed to start our day."

"I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. The hallways and our room were musty and carpets unclean. Trash on the hallway floors. Place didn’t seem secure and anyone could walk into the hotel and take the stairs or elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful."
