"My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite this being a non-smoking hotel, which made the space feel unclean. The smoke detector had been removed, which was concerning. Although the room had windows that could open, I wasn’t able to use them because the screen had a large hole.
The entryway was not inviting—the door was difficult to open and the threshold was lined with rust. The elevator was very small, and I even saw a roach while waiting for it. When I requested extra face towels, I was told none were available.
For an airport hotel, this experience was extremely disappointing. "
