Oasis Inn & Suites Joshua Tree - 29 Palms
The air conditioner worked fine. Unfortunately, it's the type of unit that cycles on and off throughout the night. We ended up turning it off which was our choice. Fortunately, it was not that hot the night we stayed. We also understand that issue has nothing to do with the staff.

RESET Hotel Joshua Tree
On checkout we were charged an amenity fee of $35 plus tax for the use of the pool. Nothing was said about that on the website. Reached out to Alex and never got an answer as to why we were charged for something that was suppose to be included in our room charge.
