"The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations.
The only small downside was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and since we arrived about 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait outside until exactly 3:00 to access the code. As there is no front desk or staff on site, it would be great if there could be a bit more flexibility in...

"Me and my partner had a great stay at resilienza. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room and bathroom were beautifully clean and well decorated, very modern. The breakfast was delicious and we both enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

"Wonderful accommodation in nice area close to Meastre which has easy access to Venice. Host very welcoming and hospitable. And Olivia the dog is gorgeous. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"Si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Dolo.
La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta.
All’interno è tutto molto curato, molto pulito e le stanze sono bellissime.
L’accoglienza dei proprietari è ottima e la ragazza è gentilissima.
Ritornerò molto volentieri "

"Amazing little hotel. Very cute room and comfortable bed. Perfect location away from the tourist crowds but close enough to all the good attractions. Felt hidden and tucked away. Friendly staff, but it was easy to do self check-in."

"The property and the staff were spot on for an easy visit to Venice, Italy.
The trains (3 euro a day onto the island city) and airport buses (20 euro round trip) you’d want for any day trips are a seven minute walk. Small shops and restaurants between for any needs on your way in or out each day.
Rose, one of the hotels day staff, was amazingly helpful with checking in and understanding the Tourism fee app that you’ll need to work out on day one. Never had any better support in all my
Traveling life.
This hotel is perfect for getting from and to Marco Polo Airport and so simple to base from during the three to 5 days you’ll want to visit Venice. Reasonable pricing as well! 6 stars out of 5 for us!"
"Just to be extra clear, this is an old fashioned pensione. There is no TV, no mini fridge, no ice machine, and no elevator. If you can't deal with that, seek elsewhere. The room was big enough, the bathroom was spacious, and the AC worked, which was fortunate because we had a late May heatwave during our visit. The staff is very helpful. If you arrive early, or checkout time is well before the train or plane, you can leave your suitcases in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is really good. Real plates and utensils. Good variety and suitable choices if you are vegetarian like I am."
"Pros: the staff were very helpful and professional, rooms were clean and safe, the hotel is close to the water boats that was a plus so you can move and visit different places around Venice for cheap, breakfast was great, we pay for it but it was great to start with a great breakfast before leaving for tours around Venice.
Cons: only one good option for good restaurant, the one inside the hotel. Other restaurants around no good ones, the rooms in the hotel are very small, we have a queen plus a twin size bed and we barely have extra room for walking. Only one drawer for clothes, we had to choose one change of clothes every day and kept the rest in our suitcase because there was no room for it in the room."
"I'm really glad that I decided to stay in B&B hotel Venezia Laguna for my May 2026 trip. The hotel is very clean with nice breakfast, the breakfast area has great views and also has good Pizza for dinner. It's less than 5 min walk from Tronchetto (not Tronchetto Mercato) water bus station. It's in a quite area with great ocean view. easy to get to anywhere using water bus. I really like the Hotel."
"This is a single biggest disappointment in a hotel that I have ever experienced. I booked it based on photos, which showed beautiful rooms and lovely bathrooms. The room they gave us was like a hostel, with no room to move or open the suitcases. The bathroom was perhaps 4 ft.² and elevated by a step. It was also very poorly maintained. Having carefully planned and booked the trip, at no little expense, this was extremely frustrating. I complained to the front desk; they rolled their eyes at me and told me I should’ve booked directly through the hotel and there’s nothing they can do. Ultimately, they gave me a different room, which was also very small and not at all decorated like the website photos (again, looked like a hostel) but at least the bathroom was reasonably sized so that I could turn around between the shower, the sink and the toilet. I would have immediately checked out and gone to a different hotel, but everything was sold out for the weekend other than hotels that were 2000+ dollars a night. I will never go back to this hotel."
"Very interesting place - so great to be able to sit outside!
The main staff person at breakfast was grumpy and almost rude. Such a contrast to the front desk staff who were lovely.
We had issues with the shower drain g and the drain was disgustingly clogged with hair :(. Ewwww.
Fantastic location!!!
A bit expensive for what we got, however the location was wonderful."
