"Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time. "Hotel room was a good size and the room was clean. Breakfast was really nice and staff were friendly. The only downside was finding parking was quite hard and had to walk quite a way with a lot of bags."

"Scott was a delightful host. The breakfast was a true highlight. The room was cozy and comfortable. The private bath was a welcome amenity! Additionally, his advice on transportation and navigation in and out of the city was invaluable!"

"Staff were very friendly. Building is so very tired and need of refurbishment. Carpets and deco in bedroom is all worn out. To be fair it was clean. Shower was just about dripping out water. To be fair I didn't complain about shower because I was using shower in swimming pool. Breakfast was average Swimming pool, sauna,steam room and changing rooms were excellent and only thing that was 4 star. I wouldn't stay again. A reflection on the ownership and not the friendly staff."

"We booked the accommodation for four nights and checked out after just one night. The room was of a very small size, comparable to a shoebox, with inadequate ventilation and lacking essential amenities such as a phone and iron. Upon requesting a room upgrade to a larger unit, we were informed that a change would be arranged by the morning. However, the morning staff denied the request immediately upon arrival. Due to the unsatisfactory service and conditions, we chose to check out early....

"The grounds was clean and beautiful, everywhere in the hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed in the executive room, good but it would have done really well with a fridge."
