"Staff at the front desk were pleasant. Hallway filled w/a musky smell and sheets. Once in our room we were blinded by the outdoor light that shown directly in and SHOCKED to find what appeared to be drug residue(allegedly.) We work in the music & service industries so when we saw what resembled to be drug particles we immediately went back to the lobby to notify the manager. "The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber."

"Red Roof Inn was disappointing...which can explain the very reasonable rate. I was injured with a bad ankle...no one asked if they may assist me. The closest elevator was not working...so I had to hobble with my luggage to the far side elevator, which thankfully worked. My rooms TV did not work, and toilet would not flush...had to fix it. The hotel was run down...the staff were not supportive of one who could hardly walk."

"First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral.
