"The hotel was lovely, really elegant and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Only downside is that the roof top area was still under going renovation during our stay so no pool. The hotel itself is in a great location to explore Barcelona with easy transport links and the gothic quarter and las ramblas just a moments walk away."

"1年に一度の出張時の定宿にしていた数年間の中で、今回はとてもがっかりしました。 航空機のトラブルでチェックイン日が予約日より1日遅れてチェックインしたのですが、前の宿泊者のものと思われるゴミが、バスルームのゴミ箱に残っており、自らフロントにゴミ箱事持って行って新しい袋に変えてもらいました。 また備え付けのドライヤーから煙が出て火事のように煙たくなり、小さな炎が見えたので取替え依頼しましたが、申請から3日目にようやく取替えしてもらいました。 ホテルの対応や部屋などは良いのですが、今回メンテナンス面で信用が減り、かなり失望しました。また来年も宿泊予定にしているので、改善される事を強く希望します。"

"Not a 5-star resort kind of hotel. It's a 3-star boutique hotel. Bad news/good news ...there are no amenities: no little bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, not even a box of tissues. Instead, there are wall-mounted dispensers over the sink and in the shower with liquid soap that is supposed to serve as bath gel, shampoo and hand soap. There are no ice machines (though you can request ice at the front desk and they will go in the back to get some). Technically, there is no door on the bathroom....
