Overall it was a fine stay, but I believe it’s not worth the price paid. On one side it has hot shower, aircon, big smart TV, shared kitchen, great location and a comfortable bed; however on the other side it’s a bit run down inside the room, not properly finished & needs a deep clean on the shower. Our cabin was noisy from the unit upstairs and woke us up at 7am due to the noise, and there was also a water pump outside making noise every few seconds. The communication was also a bit poor when we wanted to rent bikes but took two hours to get a response. We extended our stay in puerto viejo and where able to find a place that was better and 20% cheaper.
