"Great stay!! "

"El Hotel queda muy cerca de la plaza, es conveniente y ofrece buen valor por el precio. Cuarto espacioso, limpio y camas cómodas, incluye buen desayuno; hay café y chocolate disponible todo el día. El personal es muy atento, en esta ocasión tengo que señalar dos aspectos importantes de mi estadía: el estacionamiento, que aunque disponible sin costo, hay que estar avisando en la recepción para que den acceso y cuando uno entra y sale del Hotel con frecuencia, no es cómodo. Anteriormente tenían a una persona vigilando que se ocupaba de atender a los huéspedes. El otro aspecto es que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, esto no es algo que el Hotel pueda manejar en sí pero es importante. Las noches que estuve, escuché alarmas de vehículos que se encendían, personas hablando en tono alto a altas horas de la noche y hasta un "blower" que utilizan de limpieza de las calles a las 4:50 de la mañana ambos días del fin de semana. Me hospedé en el primer piso, no se si en pisos más altos sea similar la experiencia. "

"This beautiful historical hotel was a gem of a find. It’s in the center of Mayaguez and Danny as the front desk man is so knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant ! He deserves a pay raise. The hotel is comfortable, efficient, modern in the right ways while keeping its historic qualities. There are plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options from the cathedral to theater to some of the best seafood of our trip at Gonzalez’ And the price is right. Only thing missing is a pool but there are plenty of beaches close by."

"My stay with my friends at El Faro Hotel in Puerto Rico was simply amazing. The landscape and design was breathtaking. Such a peaceful atmosphere that makes every moment feel like a tropical escape. The staff is warm and attentive, and to my surprise the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely stay here again. It was truly an unforgettable and relaxing stay."

"The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned. They are under construction of some interior area. Also noticed a great number of cats everywhere, including trying to sneak into the restaurant area."

"Sadly I have to say that our stay in Hotel Vista Azul was a disaster! Our room had bugs, there was NO hot water & when I went to use the phone to call the front desk the phone on our room was not working so we walked to the lobby & there was not a single staff member in sight! We were told by another guest that the only person working in the hotel at the time was a security guard. That was also nowhere in sight! The bathroom was not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty & had an unpleasant smell! The place was in a beautiful place but that all it had going for it! Don’t waste your time or money here! You will absolutely regret it!! With all that said I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!"
