"Friendly staff
Breakfast not to the standard you would expect from the Hotel brand.
Rooms were aged but maintained well.
Room could have been cleaned better, there was hair in the shower and diamonties on the bathroom floor from the previous guests.
Advertised with mini bar, the fridge was empty, no complimentary milk or Tea/Coffee/Water. There was a coffee pod machine however.
Rooms are advertised as sound proof, this is not the case. There is lots of road noise and external noises that carry...

"What a hidden gem right in the heart of Cairns. Hotel’s location was excellent. Steps away from marina where all the snorkeling tours start, steps away from grocery store and all kinds of other stores, and steps away from the lagoon which is so great to relax in after any of the tours. Hotel room was modern, spacious and clean and the amenities were very appreciated. The barista coffee station where you can make yourself a great coffee and enjoy it right there sitting comfortably in chairs or...

"Location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The property itself needs upgrading. For the price of a 4 star hotel it didn't deliver.
I stayed 5 nights to only be told on arrival that there would be no room service and you have to discard your own rubbish. The spa wasn't working and the pool had to be closed for 2 days.
The carpet smells mouldy, especially in the hallways.
My room didn't meet my expectations, with outdated furnishings and the shower inside the bath tub....
