"I got sick due to mold in the air conditioner, the managers refused to clean it and told me I can leave if I don't like it. Mold sickness is deadly so I had to leave. Possibly the worst level of customer service I have received at a hotel."

"This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in Cairns. Rooms were dirty, mound everywhere. no wish washer/ no washing machine(while booking it mentioned all amenities). Pool was in terrible conditions. Staff was very friendly. Would not recommend to anyone to stay at this place/"
