Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns
Stayed at the Horizon suite club room. Got a great view of the marina. Breakfast and Dinner snacks were great in the Club room... staff were friendly too. Hotel is a bit dated, and the bed was a bit soft for us. Missing a Spa/Sauna. But still a 5 star stay for us.

Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns
No notice that the restaurant & bar would be closed on Anzac Day and the next day. Very small, uninteresting and limited room service menu. App for room service did not work for 5 days.
