The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. "Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new. "Nice stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Saif at reception. We booked with them a tour in cafelucca on the Nile with dinner, and transfer at the end of our stay. Everything went great. Location is very convenient, close to Giza pyramids and grand Egyptian Museum. The street is quite busy but our room was well isolated. The hotel is very new and installations are good."
