Wir haben die Option Luxus Zimmer hinzugebucht. Es war das schlechteste Zimmer, das ich jemals hatte. In einem Hotel Bad und WC Dusche konnte man sich gerade mal drehen so klein war sie. Es wird zwar gereinigt, darüber gewischt, aber nicht gründlich in den Ecken und auch an Wänden, überall Staub es wurde gesagt, das kommt von der Wüste rein. Ja, das kann schon sein, aber der Staub der eingetroffen Ünetsetzterin Wurde, war allgegenwärtig, auch auf den Stufen des Hotels. Farbspritzer im der Toilette am Boden vermutlich vom Wände weisen, die niemand weggewischt hat, bis jetzt sehr schlechte sichtbare Ausbesserungsarbeiten am Fernseher funktionierte. Kein einziger Kanal der Kühlschrank schaltet es sich in der Nacht immer wieder ein und aus der war so laut, so dass wir ihn ausgestreckt haben. Schief hängen des Bild über dem Bett. Unter der Matratze, einfach nur Holzbretter, statt Federn die ganze Nacht laut hupen Motorräder, Quarz Leute vor dem Hotel. Schmutz und Müll, überall vor dem Hotel neben dem Hotel gegenüber. Einige Meter vom Hotel trafen sich morgens die Kamele und Pferde, um mit Touristen in den Pyramidenbereich rein zu gehen. Die Kamele haben dorthin geschissen hin gepinkelt. Männer haben an die Wand gepinkelt auf den Straßen überall Müll, einfach nur fürchterlich übrigens die ganze Straße entlang, wo wir wohnten und unterwegs waren, ist eine einzige Müllhalde einfach nur schrecklich.

The hotel has a great location with a great view of the Pyramids. Most of the staff is really friendly, the girl in the lobby was super friendly and nice, best staff. The staff in the morning restaurant are also much nicer than the ones in the afternoon. The breakfast included was great and really abundant. You don’t need anything else. The only recommendations would be to put curtains in the shower so the water doesn’t spill all over. In general I would really recommend first times to stay in this hotel as it’s close, safe and in an exclusive area with extraordinary views of the pyramids.

The hotel was amazing, from the beautiful view at room 305 to the excellent staff (front desk, dining/kitchen and auxiliary staff). Mira and Yuri was great in accommodating to anything I needed. my issues only was that the WIFI is spotty outside the hotel, even the balcony. The shower bit small. No elevator/lift. Other then those minor details, the stay was great. Also, if you need a ride around the Cairo/Giza or anywhere contact Soloiman at 201222949811.

Evitar este lugar. Sucio, viejo, ubicado en una zona ruidosa y sucia. Hay muchas otras opciones con vistas. Nos dieron habitaciones inferiores a las que habíamos pagado. Ignoraron nuestra reclamacion. El recepcionista nocturno que habla español es un trilero.

Mala experiencia

Establecimiento a evitar. Mal estado y muy sucio. A la llegada, nos dieron habitaciones de peor categoria a las reservadas. Incluso comenzaron diciendo que por un error de Expedia solo disponían de una doble para las dos personas que íbamos, aunque teníamos una reserva prepagada por dos. Ubicado en una calle sucia. En pésimo estado de conservación. El personal de recepción es de poco fiar. Hay muchos hoteles en esta zona con vistas.

Rocky start but ended well

I was skeptical about the hotel due to reviews about the half board on the advert and the hotel didn’t honour it. I definitely wasn’t happy about this but resolved it with hotel.com. Having said that the staff did try to make things better, Amr and Meera were very kind and helpful. The room view was the best ! It was great to watch the light shows from the rooftop and balcony. The breakfast was also good and the staff at breakfast were very helpful.

Great stay

Very nice hotel with nice view! The outside street is little dirty, but the inside the hotel is fine. The service is great, and the breakfast is amazing.

Wrong room but amazing view

Overall it was a good stay. The view was out of this world and priceless. I was though given the wrong room and not the room I booked . I told the receptionist and she told me that the room I booked was undergoing painting maintenance. Therefore when I told then that they gave me a new room similar to the one I booked. Not the same one but close enough. The staff were very helpful. The hotel need a little pick-me-up and also the doors are not numbered or labelled so easy to get lost. But I would definitely go again as I loved the view and the service.

The view from this property is unbeatable, watching the light show from the rooftop or from the balcony of the sphinx suite was amazing! Staff were friendly though they do push you to book trips/activities through them especially on your first day which can be tiring after a long travel. The room was clean but had things broken/unfinished: toilet paper holder missing the bar to hold it, post of the ceiling in the bathroom was missing, shower sprays part the glass half wall so the floor got wet often and the curtains weren’t the length of the glass wall so you had to be careful dressing/undressing. We loved the jacuzzi tub but was sad we couldn’t see the view as the neighboring rooms could see into your room when curtains open. At meal times workers were so kind! We were disappointed though that often meals or drinks we saw on the menu were not available, many things we wanted to try but couldn’t as they never had it during our stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Shadow Pyramids View INN has the best views of the pyramids and the rooftop Tree Lounge allows you to eat and watch for FREE the laser light.! Staff members speak English, Spanish and Arabic. Furthermore, if you need to plan activities during your stay Ali or Shahd can easily help you find the right tours for you! If you need assistance Shadow's support staff (Fraq, Amr, &Edmit) can help with anything you need! The staff is gracious and accommodating, they can resolve any issues or problems you might have. The rooms are clean and my room a view of the pyramids, which was awesome waking up to that view. I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely stay here again!! I stayed during Ramanda and the Tree Lounge served delicious Egyptian food with lively music and excellent hookah is available!!!
