"Amenities listed weren't accurate. No laundry, no Continental, we didn't even have water the last day. Like no running water at all. Ridiculous.
Check in email stated we had to check in before 2pm or after 5pm so we changed our train time to get there and when we called to get inside we were rudely told Check-in wasn't until 3pm... they let us in half hr early eventually but this is a disorganized hotel.
Shame too, the penthouse was cute.
But having water is a basic necessity that was not...

"The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well.

My one main complaint was that i booked this property specifically for the shuttles that were offered (first thing mentioned on Expedia). "Medarbejderne var ekstrem søde og hjælpsomme, og der er meget positivt ved vores hotellet. Der er dog nogle ting, som vi synes der bør rettes op. Hotellet ligger centralt, men i et gågadekvarter og på en ensrettet gade. Hotellets link viser gennem en gågade, som er spærret for indkørsel.
Og Googlemaps var ikke opdateret.
Værelset, USArummet var fint stort iht. Kvadratmeter, MEN der er alt for mange unødvendige ting, der fylder op, så det er svært at være der med to kufferter.
