"Third time staying here. More rules! No floatations at beach. Bags checked. No personal chairs. No, no, no. Way too stringent for time at the beach! Booking… I selected category room assigned upon arrival. Then told it will be a SMOKING ROOM! Had to pay more, of course, for no smoking. We are done at Harrah’s!!"

"We recently stayed at the Riverside in Laughlin, and while you can definitely see its age, you can also tell they are trying to maintain it despite tourism not being what it once was. The adult pool area was the highlight of our stay. It was clean, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff constantly checked on guests and provided great service. Unfortunately, the food at the first-floor restaurant was disappointing. The hash browns tasted sour, the hollandaise sauce was overly lemony, and breakfast overall was underwhelming. We stayed in an executive river-view suite in the South Tower. While the room appeared clean, it felt dusty, there were several moths in the room, and some surfaces and floors still felt dirty. The balcony was also sticky and looked like it had not been cleaned recently, and the windows were noticeably dirty. The beds were also extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, there were some enjoyable aspects to the stay, but the property could definitely use more upkeep and attention to detail."

"The staff that checked us in very nice. The room needed more towels, and a little bit of an upgrade. The Hotel seems old and needed deep cleaning. The view of the river was nice. The pool was in repair status so we couldn’t use it."
