"Positiv : Das Appartment ist gross und liegt zentral. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner spanischer Supermarkt. Das Appartment wird alle 2 Tage gereinigt, die Handtücher täglich (ausser Sonntags) gewechselt. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. "We stayed in a refurbished apartment which was spacious, clean , modern and well equipped. Location of apartment was excellent and front desk staff friendly and helpful . The pool wasn’t overcrowded with plenty of sun loungers"

"The hotel is beautiful, we had a wonderful 4 night stay. The breakfast was a highlight of my holiday and the restaurant team went above and beyond. They surprised me on my birthday with a glass of cava for my partner and I, and even a birthday candle in my pancakes! We had an issue with the hot tub but the hotel resolved this fairly quickly and offered a small gesture of goodwill which was appreciated. There are works ongoing around the hotel so it was a little noisy at times but this was outside of their control. The location is excellent to explore the whole island, a short walk to the beach, and the reception team recommended some hidden gems. We had a great deal as it was shoulder season, it was good value and overall I'd recommend and stay again."

"I’m not one to typically write reviews. But I was so disgraced by how rude the man was at check-in. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome! He was snappy and rude right away for no reason. The room itself was very underwhelming and the bedding consists of a sheet? The location is good but that’s the only positive I can give this place!"
