"Lovely quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Really nice pool with sun loungers. Not too busy. Delicious breakfasts. Doesn't feel like a chain hotel, and lovely spot on the hill overlooking the town but 10 min walk to beach"

"Mi experiencia en este hotel está foi muy decepcionante. Desde el primer día hemos tenido varios problemas que, a pesar de haber sido comunicados al personal, no han sido solucionados. Pagué por una habitación con vista al mar, pero nos alojaron en el primer piso con un árbol justo enfrente de la ventana. Es imposible disfrutar de la vista al mar por la que pagamos. Además, he reclamado en tres ocasiones porque la ducha prácticamente no tiene presión de agua. Durante el baño solo caen unas pocas...

Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. "Rooms were very clean , but now need updating to a walk in shower. Breakfast was chaos! The 2 coffee machines constantly broke down during breakfast hours. Coffee was served to your table with milk but if you wanted tea you had to fill your teapot at the coffee machine which took ages , queues forming and then had to ask for cold milk from staff ! Hot items such as eggs and bacon were ordered from the staff and bought to your table but then if you required tomato/ mushrooms or sausage you then...

"Hotel 4 étoiles situé au sud ouest de l'île à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la Playa de Son Xoriguer. Nous sommes venus mi octobre, peu de temps avant la fin de la saison et la fermeture de l'hôtel. "Amazing hotel views and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants! Reception staff were really lovely and always helped by booking taxi’s and cleaners were also great! Rooftop pool was very nice - only suggestion would be more subtle, instrumental only music as there was a whole afternoon of sad country songs which wasn’t the best vibe whilst relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!"
