B&B in Calabarzon

"Excellent rate for the staff"

"So, the property itself was nice and beautiful and staff were super friendly. Even the nearby hotels/villas allowed us (me and my gf) to dine in at their bar/restaurants. "

"Nice property, room good, nice pool and garden, good value for money."

"Beautiful property "

"Accommodating staff. Clean room."

"Staffs did a great job."

"Staff were courteous, room was spacious, food was delicious."

"Nice room and friendly staff "

"The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will be my go to place to stay when I'm in the area from now on."

"It was so great that I experienced an old and Spanish era house"

"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

"Nice hotel staff! :-) The room is cozy and comfortable to stay... I would definitely recommend and stay again..:-)"

"I was looking for a quiet place with great view of the Taal Lake so I could spend a couple of days with my elderly parents before returning the the US. I narrowed down my list to 3 places: the Taal Vista, Lake Hotel and Carmelence View. Boy am I glad I chose Carmelence View! I based my decision after reading the great reviews about the place. The room is very clean. The place is very private and you feel like you are in your own private rest house. The view of the Taal Lake is awesome! And again...

"Gorgeous room with an incredible view - every little thing had been thought of! The breakfast was also delicious, the staff were really friendly, and we'd definitely stay again."
