"The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again."

"Bathroom was a bit small!! But that is IT!!!!! Everything else were great!!!! Clean and spacious room! Nice view. Nice bed and pillows (you don’t think about it until you use it). We only stayed one night to meet a friend, wish we had stayed longer though. Walking distance to everything. George was very responsive to every questions. Will stay again next time!!!"

"I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience."

"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"
