"mixed bag here. its not a hotel. you are renting a condo from someone in cebu who has staff here. owner has several units across many buildings. you arrive at a parking garage and have to find the cluster that your room is part of. a cluster is just a glass room in the corner of the parking garage and each garage will have several. i suggest figuring it out before you arrive by messaging host. otherwise you are talking to building staff which dont really know anything about your reservation...
