Our room was perfect for a family of 4; we booked a 2-Bedroom angle room. Great for relaxing. Resort was clean and the kids loved the waterparks. Check in was easy; their parking director was awesome and kept things moving as everyone shows up at the same time. Super easy get away.

Staff was courteous. Room wasn’t clean according to other stays that we’ve had, including this same hotel. The room and facilities were good, but the staff did not have any information about the "show tickets" which were advertised as a discount perk ($10 off) with the reservation (email from Expedia). They claimed their guests receive no discounts for any nearby shows.
