"Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de la playa casi 3 minutos a pie,pero el hotel tiene un transporte que te traslada por la zona gratis,y el desayuno muy variado y bueno,la limpieza,especial,solo no me gustó la piscina,muy pequeña,,pero en general el hotel muy bueno,y los empleados muy amables,y el lugar tiene una ubicación estupenda,cerca de tiendas,restaurantes,puzerias,y parques para disfrutar con los niños,,en la recepción el trato fue especial,y sobre todo la señora Shuria ."

"The property was well maintained, the staff that I enountered were all very pleasant and helpful. The ony thing that was an slight issue was the room was just a bit too cold and i had to turn off the aiconditioner for a bit to regulate it. I did not report it to the desk. I'm sure they would have accomodate me, but I was in town for a funeral and out of the room for most of the day."

"Rooms are a little dated. No USB or USB-C chargers and not many accessible plugs but if that’s the worst then not bad at all. Nice location and shuttle to the airport is a big help."

"The Opal Sol Resort was beautiful, and our overall stay was very enjoyable. The only reason I did not rate the staff five stars is due to what appeared to be a training gap in explaining and managing credit-card authorization holds. Authorization holds are understandable; however, after extending our stay and providing a second card, approximately $2,000 was tied up across my cards and my father’s card. This left us without access to those funds until checkout, followed by additional waiting time for the card issuers and banks to release the holds. A clearer explanation of the process, along with more careful handling of authorization amounts for extended stays, would greatly improve the guest experience."
