"Check in process was non personal through an app. Also was a serious pain. Shower would NOT drain. Took 5 days to get it fixed in order to not stand in water and black mold. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. They tried to help, but wasn't their responsibility. The location is a 10. But, the hotel is a 3 maybe? It needs a huge...

"Positives : - good value for money - plenty of seating in dining area - good sports bar - we had a nice large balcony (some rooms don’t though) - 2 supermarkets on your doorstep - fridge in room Negatives : - location - quite a trek uphill from town especially in the heat - food was nice enough but limited options - especially as although I saw the labels in a pile, they were never placed above the food so you never knew what was actually on offer. "The host was lovely met us to check in. He should be rightfully proud of his guest house. It looks brand new. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Small balcony overlooking street. Lovely rooftop terrace. Kitchen has basic amenities. It was very close to bus station and lovely 10 minute walk to Balcony de Europa. Would thoroughly recommend and good value for money. "

"This property has incredible views over mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. There was no one on site when we checked in. We received a message telling us how to get the key. The rooms are small and need updating. Paint is peeling off the walls. Late at night the hot tap broke completely and there was no one around but luckily there was a stop valve under the sink. You have to use What’s App to communicate which was ok the next morning. The restaurant is good but separate from the hotel...
