"This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. "We left the train station in Lucca, put in the address of La Luna and had a wonderful short walk, less than a mile into the town of Lucca and to the Hotel La Luna. We were greeted by hotel staff who quickly got us into our rooms, two couples-two rooms. The rooms were nice and would be considered average. "What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly.
