Hotel murah di Caldè

"Staff was friendly - reception, bar tender and restaurant. I never got a response for shuttle information despite multiple requests before my arrival. For my departure Zi was informed as awe were arriving at the airport by the driver that I owed 25 euros because it was early. The desk never told me that. I selected your hotel because it advertised an airport shuttle but ended up paying a taxi to arrive and then paying your driver to leave."

"La habitación estaba limpia, solo que tenía un olor muy particular, como si hubieran colocado recientemente pintura, al no haber personal en la recepción fue difícil solicitar un cambio. El desayuno bueno y basto."

"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful views and a lovely spa. Treatments were also great. The Bar/Bistro was particularly nice to unwind in to have a drink and get food."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig. Das Frühstück frisch und ausreichend. Das Abendessen war hervorragend! Die Angestellten waren freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Man hatte einen super atemberaubenden Blick auf den Luganer See und der Lago Maggiore war mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben immer einen guten Parkplatz bekommen und die Auffahrt zum Hotel war zwar schon eher für geübte Fahrer, sollte jedoch für die Meisten kein Problem...

"The hotel was overall amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the property is very well maintained. There is some light wear in the main areas and bathroom, but nothing that takes away from the experience. It still feels very nice, not dated at all, and hits all the important notes. It is also close to everything, making it a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the location."

Gästen stehen zur Verfügung saubere, relativ kleine, aber groß genug für Soloreisenden, klimatisierte Zimmer mit moderner neuwertiger Ausstattung, die sowohl im Zimmer (Komfort Queen-size Bett, Kaffee-/Tee-Zubereitung, Safe, Kühlschrank) als auch im Bad (Regendusche in der Duschkabine, WC, Bidet) vorhanden ist. "Excellent accomodation-bedroom and bathroom well equipped. Reasonable breakfast but not many hot options. Bar only open until 11pm with no bar service after that if returning late and wanting a night cap!"

"Need maintenance. No hot water. We made a reservation for the castle and the palazo and they placed us on another place stating that it was better. After our strong claim they agreed to change us. Not a pleasent experience"

Le note negative sono principalmente due: - la chiusura della piscina dovrebbe essere notificato al momento della prenotazione. - il personale del bar e della reception dovrebbe essere formato e conoscere le informazioni basiche per rendere la permanenza comoda e accessibile. Altra nota positiva ma con margini di miglioramento è la colazione, buffet ricco e molto buono"

"Loved the hotel, surrounded by beautiful rose bushes! Stayed in room 341 with gorgeous lake view. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that's about a 20 minute walk to Stresa, however, the walk is beautiful along the lake. Highly recommend."
